If I could give them a 0 star rating then I would. Scan site! DO NOT purchase! Hidden costs, authorised an amount and they took more, finally refunded some but I stated I had lost confidence in the brand and wanted a full refund and did not want the item so requested not to ship. They insisted they would ship anyway, several emails later with continued request to refund and they confirmed they had shipped it… waited and waited… still not received - now they’re blaming Royal Mail. I don’t believe Royal Mail ever received it… still declining to refund - such a con! Avoid at all costs

They assured me delivery would take a week for my order to arrive. So I placed the order. Only to find out they were in USA! The item took 3 weeks to arrive so they arrive too late. Bought some off eBay for 1/3 price. Will not be buying from them again. A con!

I ordered a fitness item on 19th May and 2nd July still not received. I asked for a refund several times but the stock answer was "sorry it's in transit" so couldn't be refunded. The tracking option was a joke showing no carrier, where it was or expected delivery date. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I made a purchase from them and when I tried to return it for a full refund, they offered me less than half the value of what I paid, insisting that returns had to be shipped back to China at my expense!

DO NOT TOUCH - Avoid at all costs!!! A disgrace, they lie, don’t send product even though they state they have! I am taking legal action against them
