Katie Lauer was awesome. She took the time to explain the benefits and drawbacks from different plans and plan types. She also gave me the extra time I needed to do the research on my own in order to make an informed decision. When she ran into a technical issue, she knew just who to bring in for assistance - Nick. I would highly recommend either Katie or Nick and the service they provide in the very confusing and critical field of Medicare supplement plans.
