I am writing to updated this review. Ben did reach out to me and refunded me two months and cancelled my subscription. He insured me that I would not be charged again. I have been charged for a year and can't seem to manage to get them to stop. I have emailed and called. I have managed to cancel it twice and then they sign me back up. It is absolutely insane. Your card will be theirs forever!
