This "company" is a SCAM.
This "company" is a SCAM. No one has responded back to cancel my account. There is only one option to cancel - send an email. No customer service line, no 'cancel my subscription' option. And this is billed WEEKLY, so with no one responding back in the last 2 weeks means I have now been charged twice now for a service I had presumed I canceled.

Dear Erin, You've signed up to our service on May 9. The payment page has a clear disclaimer text that says it a subscription that is billed weekly. So does the email we send after the sign-up and 1 day before every new weekly charge. As per your May 25 request we have cancelled your subscription so it will auto expire on June 6, will not renew and no new charges will be made to your card. Also we have refunded the latest May 30 charge – back to your card. Sorry our service did not serve you right, but hope the situation is resolved now.

The website worked fine at first then it was completely changed
The website worked fine at first, you pay for a month then I canceled the month and was using the letters I had left. Suddenly they have a new website where none of my login information from the previous site works. I have reached out to them, no response. I was able to access the old website but I see my billing has been continued after I canceled it and there is no way to cancel the bill now. This is ridiculous, heading over to my credit card company now to file fraud charges. EDIT: They respond to you via email once your bad review comes in -_- they claim they never received my cancellation request but I definitely canceled. I went onto the old site and there is now no way to cancel your account there you have to email them. What a waste of time.

Meanwhile, following you today's request – we have cancelled your subscription so you won't be charged again and offered you a free weekly plan with 5 letters at the new website version so you can try it for free. I created an account and was charged…
I created an account and was charged $19.95 for the one week but tried to log into my account to cancel and they cannot locate my account. My email cannot be located. I have the confirm email from setting up the account with the six digit code so I know the account was confirmed. I want to cancel as I am not satisfied with this account. I can't even access my account. I plan to contact my credit card company to report this transaction as a fraudulent charge and a scam. I am thoroughly disgusted with this website and service. I'm am trying to contact them through their contact us but have not been successful.

SCAM. RUN.
No way to cancel and even after emailing to cancel, I’m still getting billed weekly! I’ve used this once and within less than 2 months it’s cost me over $120.

Scam
They don't allow you to cancel your account! I made an account and attempted to cancel, but there is no button on their website that allows you to cancel. I emailed their admin email but have not received a response. I've been charged $19 for a service I don't use and they will keep charging me. Complete scam!

Worked for 1st letter only
Worked for 1st letter. Tried 5 different times and won't work again takes more than 20 seconds and just kept loading. No customer service number or Chat to help online
