i received my seat covers and once i got them put on i quickly noticed that they had stains and rips on them i have been emailing back and forth with the company and they was very rude saying that i have to take off the seat covers and cut them and they will send a new seat cover i explained that i have kid and the reason why i got seat covers and i was only asking for a partial refund and they did not want to do that i would recomend that you do not buy from this company they do not care about there customers or products

several years ago I bought a sunshade for my 2010 Toyota RAV4 it fit perfect it arrived in 3 days no problems- originally found this company from RAV4 world from a guy that posted a link to a blog about how they were converting their RAV4 to a camper - jump to 2026 now have a Ford escape and I wanted a good fitting front sunshade - no problem I’ll call cover king found them this time on eBay BUT it went to apparently a dealer of theirs in in Puerto Rico (?) don’t know how the heck that happened because I don’t ever wanna go to Puerto Rico to deal with anything! anyway it took a month for the order to finally come and the sunshade did not fit correctly it was off center and not wide enough I tried to get satisfaction through eBay and the Puerto Rico dealer - no result. dealer told me I had to start a ticket with the factory wouldn’t even tell me how to find the factory I had to search again to find it in California so apparently the factory has to make a CUSTOM sunshield for Ford escape? (they don’t have a pattern for this VERY COMMON CAR off the shelf?) anyway this ordeal is taken almost 2 monthsso far (still don’t have the cover they say it it’ll be done on October 5) SUMMER is OVER. I’m reading these reviews - clearly this is not the same company it used to be? ALSO these people must be shady themselves or deal with a lot of shady people because in addition to all the pictures they made me send of the bad fitment, they also made me show photo proof that I cut my cover in half with scissors (!) before they agreed to send a replacement! Not a very good experience all the way around and not the kind of people I wanna deal with. BUYER BEWARE. FOLLOW UP OCTOBER 8 2026 just received the replacement cover finally it has the same exact same mis-measurement / fitment problem as the previous one. I’m contacting the factory to see if I can get my money back but I doubt I will also (this must be a joke?) the label has an American flag on it and then it says in big letters “made in Mexico“ (I would attach a picture of this if I could - make of that what you will ) expensive garbage! they wasted my time and my money I suggest you shop elsewhere

Purchased their highest rated most expensive car cover for outdoor car storage- specifically for the advertised waterproof nature of the car cover as it was being stored outside. After 7 months (in a semi arid climate), the car cover stretched sagged, and bled water through that sat on the paint and damaged the paint permanently The rear part of the car is very wide/flat (C8 Corvette) and it leaked through, causing hard water marks on the rear deck requiring it to be refinished… I would not recommend this company for car covers if it is being stored outside .

I purchased a set of seat covers for my 1997 4Runner and decided to return. I was able to restore my original. Coverking’s return policy was reasonable and I appreciated their communication and refund. I will trust them with another order when the time comes.

This has been the most frustrating purchase. $350 for seat covers and they do not fit. The installation process requires you to tuck the covers in to your seat which is not feasible. I can see why they have a no return policy as I imagine they would have a warehouse full of returned covers. I would not buy from this company.

Coverking was recommended to me by my car dealer. I ordered 2 seat covers - driver and passenger side. When I took the covers to my upholsterer he said he couldn't install them because the car safety bags were on the side of the seats and the covers did not have an opening for them. I tried another location and they said the same thing. It was too late to return Basically, I lost $600 and feel it was Coverking's fault because I ordered the covers through their customer service by phone. They would not accept a return over 30 days.

I must start this review by stating I have bough dash mats in the past and they were of the best quality and were made in the USA. Recently I ordered seat covers for my 2023 CVR and 3 dash mats for various vehicles for gifts. Not a single dash mat fit like it was suppose to. I returned them and was given a full refund. The dash mats are made in Mexico not the USA any more and are poor quality. The seat covers are the same, poor quality and made in Mexico. After putting the seat covers on they would not stay in place which made life miserable. Do not buy from this company if you want a quality product.

i bought these for my new signia as they are supposed to be "custom". They are NOT. After fighting with it for over an hour I ended up paying a "toyota care" person at the dealership to do it. It came back loose and ridiculous. I spent another 90 minutes and ALOT of sweat getting it tighter and fitting at a point that I will actually leave them on. But they are still not right!! They don't fit properly, they are loose on the seat, the corners flip out unnaturally and the sides cover the seat controls. It was SOOOOOOO difficult to hook the stupid things underneath I knew I had to leave this review. Buyers beware. they are NOT custom and they are a BI AT CH to install and they fit loose. Never again
