Full of sh... Items is not what they look like. I ordered FFDP ring size 12, way too big. Then they send me size 11, took many weeks to get it and it was same size as 12

The product I bought does not match the images at all. Cheap and not hanging the opposite way the (presumably AI?) photos showed. They refuse to help, and are clearly a Chinese company. The support emails do not come from CoutureAura. The payment is not listed under the company name either. SHIFTY!

I’ve tried contacting them regarding missing parcel and every email comes back undelivered anyone got an email address that works !!!!!

Rings i ordered,not as pictured online they look very cheap temu type of rings. Only good thing was,they arrived earlier that expexted.

I attempted to buy 2 rings for the advertised free shipping. They still tried to charge 6.99 They blew my phone up with discount codes but when I entered the code it didn’t discount my purchase. Just another rip off web company. Save your money and pass them up.

I specifically told them after about a week of corresponding back and forth that I was going to put a bad review on any site I could find to warn others. I got a ring from them, size 8. I asked for size 9. They blew me off. They absolutely refused to correct this problem and said the only way they would send me another ring is if I paid for it. I plan on seeing what action can be taken to stop these people from taking peoples money.
