I WANT MY $150 REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.
I WANT MY $150 REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. I purchased Courtroom5 because I urgently needed help with my legal case. I quickly realized that the service was not what I needed and could not provide the legal help I required, so I requested my money back IMMEDIATELY. I have now sent Courtroom5 FOUR EMAILS demanding my refund. They have neither refunded my $150 nor properly resolved my request. I was forced to file a consumer complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. Courtroom5’s own public responses on Trustpilot state that customers may submit cancellation and refund requests within two to three days for review. I requested my refund immediately—yet my money is still being withheld. I am disabled, live below the poverty level on SSI, and urgently need this $150. This is not spare money to me. Courtroom5 had every opportunity to resolve this directly, but four emails later, I am still waiting. My demand is simple: REFUND THE FULL $150 TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD IMMEDIATELY AND SEND ME WRITTEN CONFIRMATION. Potential customers deserve to know how difficult it has been for me to recover money after promptly requesting a refund. I will update this review if and when Courtroom5 returns my full $150.

Hi Doyle, We weren't able to offer a refund for the reasons explained in our messages to you on August 14th and August 18th. You created an account with us on August 12th that included 100 credits to explore our platform. After consuming those credits, you purchased a subscription for a heavily discounted credits bundle the next day, then requested a refund on August 14th. As we explained in our responses, we cancelled your subscription to prevent further billing, but you were not eligible for a refund because you had already consumed the credits you purchased. Our records show you uploaded and summarized numerous court documents, reviewed guidance on your options, created a legal document, repeatedly practiced an oral argument related to the document with our simulated judge, and performed numerous other activities. Because the platform clearly met some of your needs, we denied your refund request. We remain eager to assist you as your needs require, and we wish you the best in your legal matter.
