The 1:1 shop audit with Courtney last week was really helpful and quite eye opening. The information and ideas she gave were just gold. Great information on what we need to do, but also with what we actually can do to improve everything in the shop. Definitely worth every minute and every penny!

I had a 30-minute Etsy shop audit with Courtney Nicole, and I’m so glad I decided to do it. Courtney was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. She gave me practical feedback about my shop and helped me look at my business from a different perspective. I especially appreciated that her suggestions were specific to my shop rather than just general Etsy advice. I came away from our conversation with several things I can work on and a much clearer idea of where I should focus my time and energy. If you’re looking for a fresh set of eyes on your Etsy shop and honest, helpful guidance, I would definitely recommend an audit with Courtney.

Courtney is an absolute star, and she knows exactly what she's talking about! It was incredibly helpful to have someone with her experience take a look at my shop and review it from a personalized perspective. She gave me helpful steps to prioritize my next moves, tips on where I need to make adjustments, and encouragement where I was doing things well. I was sent a PDF a couple of days after our call so I have all the notes to refer back to while I'm making changes, which is very helpful. And on top of that, she's just such a lovely person! Whether you're feeling confident in your shop and wanting to scale up, or doubting yourself and needing the voice of an expert in this work, Courtney is a fantastic person to connect with for your next steps. Thanks Courtney!

This was great for me and very insightful! A lot of things I did not know she helped me with and gave me a view into being a business owner instead of just being an artist. Thank you very much! 🥰

I was really overwhelmed with my Etsy shop. Courtney sorted all my questions into 3 main issues. Most importantly she helped me shape my customer. Designing is much easier now, looking through the lens of a buyer. It is all clearer to me now and I am having fun again creating listings for my Etsy shop. And besides all her knowledge, Courtney is just a lovely person. Thank you for your uplifting words Courtney. Talk to you soon.

I'm a new user to etsy and found it overwhelming in managing all that is involved in setting up my shop to be optimized. Courtney was able to walk me through it step by step and explain the big details that are important in getting my shop and listings seen by potential buyers. I can't believe i had wasted so much time on things that brought no benefit to me. It was alot to take in but once you put the effort in on things that matter, you see the difference in your stats instantly.

I booked a 1:1 audit with Courtney and I have no regrets. I learned so much about the subtle and glaring mistakes I was making in my Etsy shop (things ChatGpt can't teach me). I highly recommend Courtney for anyone who is struggling launching their Etsy shop.

Courtney exceeded my expectations in auditing my shop. I was in a stuck place at the time and could not get out of it on my own. i saw a difference of incoming traffic increase immediately. i will forever be grateful of Courtney openly helping me when i needed it most.
