Dexter my customer service rep was A1, but the report was not accurate at all. I tested it on myself before my real search and found no results when I know there are records of my background. Very disappointing!

Talk to customer service about charging me 15 dollars for premium service that didn’t produce anything more than the 1 dollar for 7 days. She was kind, polite, and was able to give me a one time courtesy refund!
