Amazing course very informative i feel so confident in the knowledge i gained whether its yoga philosophy or asanas. The facebook community was very sweet and it was nice to share part of everyone's journey. I also appreciate Stef's feedback shes always genuine and honest. I would only have one comment about the quality of the videos, some were too extremely bright that it was hard to see the instructor.

This was a very helpful course and more so easy to manage. The only thing that was a bit difficult was telling between which things were mandatory and not mandatory to submit.

I could go at my own pace, great communications about the rule changes with Yoga Alliance.

This was a good training. A lot of information that was new to me even though I've been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I gave a 4 star because I think the anatomy section was confusing. The drawings were hard to decipher and the quizzes did not correlate so I found it not too helpful. Steph was very responsive when I had questions which I really appreciated. The restorative section was a bonus which was great. I would have liked more in-depth information on chair yoga. Overall, for the price, it was well worth my time and money.

Incredible amount of information and a great online community. Hard to apply the information you learn to actively start teaching. But still an amazing course for what it is.
