Worst customer experience ever. And If you decide to cancel your membership with them, you can't transfer your funnels and contacts to another agency, so you're stuck with them forever.

Hey Alaa, ya our policy is the same as just about every software. If you choose to leave our software we do not help you to move contacts, funnels, or any assets over to a competitor software. We don't OWN any of your material. It's all yours. You can download and move it all off yourself whenever and however you like. But we certainly don't help you to move anything off to a competing software. You aren't stuck with us forever if you don't want to be. No one can force you to stay. Sounds like your mostly upset that this is our policy as opposed to an actual customer support experience. Either way we wish you the best and dissappointed by the 1 star review.
