Just received my 2 for 3 safe masks after exchanging numerous emails. Extremely disappointed, the masks look nothing like the photo they advertised, no filter and disposable. I paid £69.99 for 3 masks which I can only use once. I found better reusable masks on line for £5.80! Unfortunately I did not check the reviews for this company before putting my order; they are all very bad. They advertise so many items every week at "discount" prices; please do not believe anything they claim about the products they sell, it is a scum. I've already blocked them.

I was led to believe I was buying from a British warehouse but it turns out I was ordering from MAX DEALS. (you can read plenty about them on TRUST PILOT). USA involved but seems Malta is behind this scam. Masks are only one use paper type held in place by loops over ears cheap give away type. I would recommend just blocking any further e mails from both of them. I will see how well I get on with my credit card company sorting out the fraud.

This is a copy of email that i sent this mob... please dont go near them their promos are a scam..you can get similar items for a lot less anywhere..if you get a deal source it elsewhere and you will see the price difference "Unfortunately these discounts that you are sending me are garbage...thermometers are around $100 or less not $149US after a 50% discount! and to repel mosquito by sound is a fallacy, they do not work...please do your homework before you send these sort of promos out especially to seniors...thanks"

This is a scam the masks they send are not the ones that were advertised and they are not worth all the money they charged. I have been caught please nobody else get caught. Do no order from them they are not looking after elderly people they are conning them.

I am bitterly disappointed with this company. i have sent numerous emails asking where my VERY EXPENSIVE mask is.especially when it is supposed to be 50% less. When I try and track it i get PENDING/ORDER DOES NOT EXIST. I have been emailed to say I must contact the suppliers directly.s I am bitterly disappointed with this company. i have sent numerous emails asking where my VERY EXPENSIVE mask is. When i try and track it i get PENDING/ORDER DOES NOT EXIST. I notice that Thomas Stark does not give you a no to contact when he asked if you are happy with the order. The person who signs the letters is Ben J. No surname no email address no contact no NOTHING. This is very unprofessional my details are. I would like a full refund. I ordered the Item on the 31 March and was told to be patient it takes 5 days to receive an order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL! I believe at best this is a ripoff. I keep on receiving their emails and was tempted to look into buying hand sanitiser from Swisspharmax. The price was unbelievable! So I didn't make a purchase but immediately started receiving multiple emails from Swisspharmax. I googled them and couldn't find anything looking very genuine. I will be blocking Coupon65 from now on.

I ordered an item but decided to return it for a refund. I was given an email address of a company in Estonia. I emailed this form 3 times, at least one of them being within the 30 day period for returns. The firm rejected the first two emails, but replied to the third, stating that it was received after the 30 day period. Completely unfair trading robbing me, a very old chap, of £37.

man skal ikke købe noget det er svindel og humbuk det går heller ikke at kontakte dem
