We have 14 Rooms, each with a theme ranging from Nutcrackers, Lighting, and Toys to Villages and even a Halloween room. All of these rooms surround our 2000 Square Foot Walking Village. Peek in the windows of our village and see the Barbershop and Bakery in action. Each building is a replica of a Historic New England shop (or Church).. there is even a replica of our very own Shelburne Country Store there.

March 20 2024 ordered a simple birthday card as a first time orderer 15 days later... nothing! No tracking number, nothing, customer service said if not delivered, they would give full refund, never happened! That was after day 11, still waiting....a simple birthday card!.. I seriously wouldn't recommend this company.

Beware when making any purchase from this shady operation if they list the product as LAST ONE IN STOCK!!! I purchased a Ditz Santa Clause which retails for $1225.00! Unboxed the Santa and noticed that the Christmas tree was missing red birds along with the lantern with a broken panel!! Pretty obvious this had been used and reboxed to sell as NEW!! I contacted Steve, the Owner who said that the Santa had been USED in their store!! Discovered today that the remote did not work as well!! In return he offered a 10% discount or I could return it! My issue is he is not Man enough to be up front about selling a USED SANTA from 2022 at Full Retail Price and not informing me that it was not new!! I contacted Ditz Hen House in Ohio who makes these signed Santa’s and explained the situation to them! They said it was pretty rude for Steve, Owner of this shabby operation to offer their products as being NEW at full retail price!! Go elsewhere when they lust anything as LAST PRODUCT AVAILABLE because you will receive something they have more than likely used in the shop or a defective product returned!!
