The part I received was not the same part shown in your advertising literature. I believe your add inferred a ball marker was included but there was not one with this part. What I have is fine but not as shown in your add.

Took an extremely long time to receive the product. They did provide numerous updates. That i really liked. The phone holders are very thin. The phone has to be positioned perfectly or you cant get to your scorecard. Great idea but probably need a little more material to make it work as desired.

Order arrived this afternoon. Pricing & shipping issues, but Customer Service did an OUTSTANDING job refunding the difference in advertised & charged pricing and got everything going again! Very appreciated!
