Exceptional experience at Cottman
Exceptional experience at Cottman. Gian accepted a video call and took a look at the damage under my car with me. It really helped! Resourceful efforts were made to help me stay within budget to fix the problem and the car was ready as promised shortly after I dropped it off. I recommend Gian and Cottman with enthusiasm.

Truely honest mechanics and shop owner
Truely honest mechanics and shop owner. My check engine light turned on and I was pretty sure that there was going to be a long list of issues with my 15 year old car. The owner had a look at it, moved a hose or 2 around said there was really no issue. The light turned off just after. I was pleased enough with his honesty that I decided to get an oil change from him. I'll be returning to Cottman again when my car needs more repairs.

Owner was honest; stuck to a reasonable quote & they even added brake fluid that was low at no cost. I'm very satisfied and due to my positive experience, they have gained a permanent customer.
