James from customer service turned an unfortunate situation into an amazing experience for me. It is a long story but I bought a Cotlin ice maker from a third party vendor and was not happy with the purchase. The vender told me "sorry, nothing we can do" so I contacted Cotlin directly. I got a response almost immediately. James from customer service said he would look into it and get back to me. He did, James got the vender to refund my money and for my troubles Cotlin sent me one of the coolset ice machines I've ever seen! The Halo 4 makes huge round balls of ice, a lil smaller than a baseball, and they last for hours. It makes close to 100 balls a day. You can hook it up to a water line or pour water directly into it. This machine is built solidly and feels like it will last a long time, it has a very cool sleek looking design. I love my new Halo 4 and I know if i need it I will get unbelievable customer service from Cotlin!

I purchased my Cotlin icemaker from Amazon in February 2027, and it has been a great icemaker. It produces ice quickly, and it’s surprisingly quiet. At the beginning of August, the icemaker suddenly stopped producing ice. Because I had purchased it through Amazon, I was fully prepared to have to go round and round with customer service, only to eventually be told that I was stuck with a broken icemaker. Thankfully, that was not my experience with Cotlin! I emailed Cotlin’s customer support, and they responded within just a few hours. They asked me to troubleshoot a few things to help determine the best course of action. The troubleshooting instructions were very thorough, clear, and easy to understand. I followed their instructions, and they responded almost immediately, letting me know they felt confident the issue was the water inlet. They shipped the replacement part to me completely free of charge and even provided a video showing exactly how to replace it. The part arrived quickly, and the replacement was incredibly easy. We simply unscrewed a few screws, unplugged the electrical connection, snapped in the new part, and reassembled everything. The entire repair took five minutes at most. Within an hour, we had ice again! I am thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the Cotlin icemaker and, especially, the customer service they provide. They were responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made what I expected to be a frustrating situation incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend Cotlin based on both the product and the exceptional customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
