CosyfestReviews of cosyfest.com

Do not but anything from this con artist company Bought miss rachel doll as they advertised as genuine well what a joke it is ripped and no on and off button And they are saying they will refund 3GBP as it will cost me to much to send back to china How these companies get away with selling products and advertising them as the genuine thing with miss Rachael as there promoter on their video is disgusting I would not even give a one star rating but had no option as it would not let me continue

Ordered some letter lights from them on 7th October 2024. Still not arrived despite me emailing them which they have ignored. Charged my credit card too much also! Really not happy and I have opened up a fraud case with my credit card due to this - this screams scam - avoid at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! took more money out my bank than was stated and over 4 weeks later my items not received. No reply from emails. SCAM

A very very worst company. I purchased the product on 25th Sept. 2024 but till today 24th Oct. I received nothing and it was my friend's birthday gift now I missed it. I have texted cosyfest a few times and the support team said they would resend the product but it didn't come again. Today they sent me an email and asked me to buy again and will give me a 15% discount! It is ridiculous!!!!! I think it's a scam! No product, no refund!!!

Ordered 2 bras as promoted so enthusiastically on instagram. They do look like they are reasonably well made, and could be comfy... for someone about 5 sizes smaller... Sizing is completely bogus/wrong (the clue now I think about it was claiming that a moulded bra cup was suitable for cups B through G! though the influencer was well endowed and it looked fine on her, maybe she got a "special" one made?). I'm not expecting a smooth return or refund, though I am trying. One of these days I will learn.

Ordered acrylic floral letters at beginning of October 2024. Communication with the company is erratic and lacking in detail. Would not recommend except to the fraud department of my bank!

Overcharged by more than £10 I did send an email and they did respond saying a refund had been made. It did come through a few days later! Yet to receive the item!! I wouldn't order from here again

Overcharged on website. Awaiting response from customer service.
