Easy ordering process,on time, item is just as described. Great transaction experience, will order in the future!!

The rubber/plastic piece on one of the wheels just fell off.

Fast shipping, nicely packaged, and the chair is of high quality!! And SO SO cute!

Good service and prompt delivery!

My grandson loves it. Nice to be able to fold it up for transport.

I bought a bicycle for my granddaughter, but they delivered one with the wrong wheel size. When I called them, they explained that—supposedly—nobody actually knows how to determine wheel size. They claim returns are free under warranty, yet the moment you initiate a return, you are immediately required to pay for it. I will have to take them to court. As for their physical address? It’s just an empty field—typical "Chinese-style" business practices, as always.

Love this chair, very sturdy wood, easy to assemble

Chair is well built and looks great. It is concerning why there are two separate transactions taken out of my account however
