Wish The survey would’ve had more questions. I was satisfied with purchase and delivery. However I was not satisfied with fit. I ordered two one large women’s and 11X women’s. One is too small one is too large. Now I have two costumes that don’t fit

My Costumes4Less experience was unacceptable. I did not experience unreasonable or rude conduct as I received no response from Costumes4Less at all. I received my order in a timely manner, however it was not the costume I had ordered. I tried contacting customer service several times to let them know I received the wrong costume and would like to make an exchange. I received no response. Ebay made it easy to return the costume and I received a refund, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I will not order again.

I complained about corroded batteries in my daughter's costume. Instead of crediting my credit card, I got a storr credit. Store credit really only helps your site. I will NOT be purchasing again, nor will I reccommend your site.

Unreasonable , unprofessional, waste of time , beware !!! They have items posted that supposedly are not in stock . I ended up making the mistake of buying one of these “out of stock” items . I kept messaging them to get an update on the shipping of my items and they just ignored me for almost two weeks before I was able to get my money back . They claimed that the item was out of stock but they still had the posting up and they still do today . So why do they take people’s money and hold it for two weeks instead of just taking the post down ?! Scam or just plain dumb !!

i am sick and tired of the endless emails they send asking for freedback and reviews- product was fine but their after sales customer service sucks .. who has time to waste dealing with their endless emails asking for reviews and feedback -- I will never buy from them again for this very reason ...

Honestly was hoping this costume would fit me. But I could barely get it on. As a plus size girl I would love too see more inclusivity to costume choices. Cause now I have to make one. Was very bummed.
