A lot of our customers do place add-on orders within the same fulfillment window. Of course, we aren't always able to catch it - sometimes the first one is already out the door! On the topic of reconstitution instructions: we absolutely hear you. It’s one of the most common questions we receive, and we understand why — even within a research context, researchers want consistency and repeatability. That said, we aren’t able to provide step-by-step “how-to” guidance for reconstitution. The reason is straightforward: reconstitution is a downstream process that we don’t control (materials, technique, environment, handling, storage, and end-use conditions vary widely), and providing procedural instructions would put us in a position of assuming liability for outcomes that occur outside our lab and outside our oversight. That’s not a risk we can take without jeopardizing our ability to keep operating and serving customers. It’s not that we don’t want to help — we truly do — but we operate within strict compliance frameworks and obligations with the organizations and systems that allow us to do business. Those frameworks require us to draw a firm line at procedural guidance. We don't like it either, but we have to follow the rules! What we can always support is everything we do control: order accuracy, shipping speed, storage information, educational product pages, lot/label consistency, and COA documentation available for the materials we ship.
