I made an order and was told it was not…
I made an order and was told it was not in stock even though I was allowed to purchase and send shipping label for Amazon fba. I was refunded but lost my shipping money for the label. Not good business for someone like me who is small.

Be Aware!
Be Aware! They said to me Amazon will accept their invoice for ungating the product. Amazon does not accept their invoices. I refunded the products. I had to pay extra shipping fees for the return. Wouldn't recommend them for Amazon!

Product was received damaged due to…
Product was received damaged due to insufficient packaging. I emailed and asked for a return. I was told that I could return the item for a refund. I then replied back and asked for a return label as stated in their return policy and was never emailed back. This issue has been going on for two weeks now. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I now have a product that I cannot use for resale due to damage from this company.
