absolutely receiving no emails no info its been days since ive placed my order and have contacted them multiple times and getting nowhere my order 38351 nowhere to be seen i paid £450 for this!!!!

Never received my package in which was ordered on June 3.2025. Several emails back and forth with Ben and still no package. They could not tell me where the package is. Now requesting a refund. Not professional at all

Really cannot recommend them. I had issues in the past with delayed orders but give the benefit of the doubt. The order in total came in parts which took a total of a month when I was told 2/3 days. First part of the order came completely damaged. I had to refund customers take loads of complaints and getting hold of the owner is beyond a joke, I took a huge loss. It’s not fair. The owner promised a voucher for delayed shipping etc it didn’t happen I did get a refund for my damaged items. The owner still hasn’t contacted me back for a resolution. The order was thousands not a small order. I won’t be using them again as postage takes a month on wards and I had to pay £100s in import charges as opposed to sending it in one shipment which wasn’t my fault. Please be honest and transparent with customers as I was going to place a £8000 order on my next and now I won’t be using again. It’s such a shame for the amazing products you do have.

Beware if you sell on amazon. Ben will be unable to provide you any supply chain documents and you WILL lose your account and all funds associated. After three years as a customer, he f*cked me over completely and did not care.

havent recieve my package not even the guide they havent even send it

Don't buy from them, they are not authorized by brand, they just sell to you. Amazon suspended my account for there product.. They are not providing me authorization letter or any busyness supply chain documents or products authenticity documents.. Be carefull.. I ask them for authorization letter, they send me there price list. They are broker.

Cosmetix Club is not recognized by Amazon. Despite their entire website being geared towards encouraging users to buy and sell on Amazon, even offering a prepping service, my Amazon account was deactivated because Amazon rejected invoices from Cosmetix Club. Initially, they allowed me to ungate using these invoices, which led me to believe they were a valid source. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I ended up losing my account. Cosmetix Club ignored my requests for assistance and failed to provide any proof of authenticity or supply chain transparency that I could present to Amazon. They made their sales, and that was the end of it. I strongly advise you to STAY AWAY FROM COSMETIX CLUB.
