There was a question that I had and it was answered pretty quickly and with that my order was shipped the next day. I think some of us forget that the company is across the world and they are going thru the same as we are with Covid, we need to be patient and understanding and if we do this, things will will make things alittle easier!

I made a purchase of 2 canvas' and had to cancel one. I emailed the company and they got back to me the next day with the ok to cancel one picture. In the next 2 weeks I received my one picture that I wanted to keep and they refunded my purchase price of the one I cancelled. I will purchase more. Just wish the company was in USA.

My service with my problem was answered in a timely fashion and it was appreciated!

Updated 11/28 Although shipping is a long waiting period sometimes , This company does go out of there way to provide as good a service as they can , They work hard to get damaged articles replaced and for that I am satisfied.

I started ordering thru cosmalory maybe a couple months ago. I took a chance and it paid off. The products are great. There is a lot to pick from. If you have a problem you email them and they get right back to you. It was the best thing that I did. I am ordering all the time. I am always finding different things to work on. It doesn’t take long to get. I am glad I made the choice to buy from them
