I ordered 1 diamond art painting on 2/22/22 and I never received it. The company tracking claims it was delivered on 4/2/22. I have NOT received it yet. I asked customer service for the following options 1. full-refund 2. Send a replacement 3. Provide a store credit. None of these options were offered to me. Very disappointed with customer service.

J'en ai commander 3, le premier ok rien à signaler le deuxième il me manque des diamonds sa fait 3 mois que je leur ai envoyé un Mail aucune réponse et le troisième il me manque des diamonds aussi.je vous conseille de passez votre chemin aujourd'hui je suis entrain de finir le dernier mais je commande plus chez eux dommage car ils en ont des beaux. Mais si on peut pas les finir pas la peine
