I ordered something from them never received it this sucks

I ordered 3 diamond paintings on the 7 Feb 2023 and am still waiting for them to be shipped. I have emailed them and was told they need a couple more days before shipping. 3 weeks later, and 2 emails sent to them with no response. UPDATE: After posting the above I received an email from them advising one of my orders was no longer available and was able to change it. I finally received my order 5 weeks after placing order. If the customer service wasn't so bad, I would have given a better rating experience.

I have ordered for 1 1/2 yrs with this company all was good till my last order.Ordered on Dec 21,2022. First excuse was new pics had to be made up. 2nd excuses was to many out with covid. 3rd excuse was on christmas holiday.so finally got it shipped this was all on the 20th of jan.the package i got was in shipping since jan 7th ended up being someone elses package not my pics..Still contacting them and then theey want me to take sticker of from the post office which does not come off.......so now i am out $71.95and they dont care will not order from them again just whatch because they have 2 or 3 other web sites

Customer service is awful! If you have a problem with an order and email them, they end up blocking you when they know it is their error. Yes, it’s China and I should have known better….what a joke!!!

If there was minus stars I would do that!!!! Horrible company to work with!!!! Never got my product and refused to send me a refund!!! Do NOT buy from them!!! China China China

Didn't receive all my items most were lost and I prove it to them. I Emailed them got one respond for more pictures sent those and that email was undeliverable and after that I email them 4 more times and my emails were not delivered again. I believe they block my email addresses. They have not refunded me at all for all the items I didn't receive out a pretty penny or even reshipped my missing items. This was my second and last order. I suggest don't order from them. My rating is a ZERO

order received crushed so badly split boxes drills missing customer service non existantant asked for help with a previous order complete silence my recommendation is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY that way you wont be disappointed
