Well,that was a horrible experience for me. The reason why i am giving 3 stars is because my account manager Henry was helpful only after messing everything up. I had such an urgent shipment that i was willing to pay thousands of dollars extra. The delivery time of my manufacturer was 10 days. Henry gave me 5. Although they were more expensive, time was of the essence for me. They picked the products up, shipped them to their warehouse in Shenzhen. Everything was perfect up to this point. Then Henry tells me that they will ship the products on 3rd of october which was actually almost a week away. That was a disaster for me. It would take them almost 2 weeks to deliver to me from the day of pick up. I had to arrange another Freight Forwarder to pick up the products from their warehouse and ship them the next day. I give them 3 stars because they did not charge me and really helped me getting the products ready for pick up by the other forwarder.

Update: Increasing the feedback to three stars. The second shipment went fine, so maybe it was just a fluke. I'm planning to give it another chance and see how it goes. Original review: I've paid for the "fast" service, Shipment was sent to the Coshipper warehouse on May 18th, Now 87 days later, it is August 13-th and goods still didn't arrive at the destination. Shipment is supposedly waiting for the UPS scan for more than a month, and the worst thing is that Coshipper didn't give me any heads up about the possibility of such a long delay at this stage of the shipment process, even though I've explicitly asked them to give me a range so that I could manage risks. The amount of profit loss, product ranking loss and account rating loss is insane at this point.

Their 15 day fast boat service took more than 50 days door to door. Good communication. Outright lie on shipping time. Getva money back guarsntee if they give toy a date promise.
