I ordered something a mth ago and never received it and they won't respond. Don't order anything from this company

Requested a full refund over 1 month ago for the Mortal Kombat Kitana cosplay because the item received is nothing like the description. The following inconsistencies are: - In the photo, the bodysuit material looks like elastane flexible polyester, but the received one is very loose ill-fitting jersey - In the photo, the shoulder and arm armor have textured paint, but the received arm armor is roughly sewn onto (2) pcs of thin leather fabric, the shoulder armor is a flat gray leather, poor sewing - In the photo, the arm sleeves look like shiny elastic PU leather, but received one is also loose jersey - None of the sewing edges are hemmed, and are fraying - In the photo, the gloves look like leather, but the received ones are cheap looking like gardening disposable gloves I have researched other websites, and they use the same photo with good real-life reviews, so I assumed the received item would look the same. Unfortunately, the actual product does not look like the others.

They are a scam. I ordered something and requested a refund, they responded to my email but never gave me the refund and now they’re just ignoring me. I never received anything from them and just want my money back. All of their contact links are fake or will lead you to an error page.

Wrong size, wrong color, wrong cut, and stained. Tried to contact them to return for a refund to no avail. Would not purchase from again ever!
