Terrible. Bought a product (steel sealer) with 24 shipping. Took about a week to arrive and when it did arrive I found that the product was counterfeit (photocopied labels, wrong liquid and when I used it- had no impact whatsoever). I’ve contacted Customer Support (they say they’ve a money back guarantee) - been two weeks now and still no refund. Just keep getting “we’ll do it soon”. Avoid at all costs Update : 17/11/2025 Their response below is their standard chat. Constantly saying they’ll help. Added info, I completed the refund request form, they responded on 30/10 saying they have initiated refund process - yet over 2 weeks later no refund. Instead they keep sending me confirmation that my product arrived. If I could give minus scores I would. Have had to contact credit card company to start a chargeback claim

Attention ce site est un site frauduleux, les produits reçus n'ont pas d'étiquette de composition, le bidon de vernis s'est avéré être rempli d'un liquide très volatile type dissolvant, sans infos je l'ai quand même essayé et ai fait un malaise. L'accelerateur de rouille ne marche quasi pas (pas plus que de mettre de l'eau sur un acier brut). Le produit est dit fabriqué en France et quand vous recevait le mail du livreur on voit que ca part de république tchèque... Bref à fuir

I ordered some products at the beginning of the month and it was going to be deliver 4 days later. The delivery company notify the parcel was broken and they could not deliver. I tried to speak with Cortenplus to see if they could send another product or give me a refund, but their customer service is really bad. I still haven't heard anything from them 20 days later and I am going to ask my bank to give me a refund Update. They have replied bag offering a refund in a voucher, when I told them I was not happy with this and I wanted a full refund they ask to confirm what was the reason for the refund! Even though I sent more than 10 emails and they are aware the parcel was never delivered. PS You should update your data base if you can't find my name. I sent more than 10 emails chasing my order and I placed this directly

Corten+ : sûrement les champions du silence radio. Des semaines de relances ignorées, aucune réponse à mes courriels, une demande de retour totalement ignorée, et même une mise en demeure restée sans le moindre signe de vie. Le dossier est désormais entre les mains du tribunal d’Aix-en-Provence. Et pour couronner le tout, les produits ne fonctionnent même pas, malgré le respect scrupuleux de toutes les étapes d’installation et d’utilisation. Si vous aimez perdre votre temps, votre argent et votre patience, vous êtes au bon endroit. Sinon, fuyez. Corten+ ? Une société qu’on ne recommande qu’à son pire ennemi.

Prodotto arrivato danneggiato, 5 mesi di reclami e solleciti, non me lo hanno mai più sostituito. Rispondono con mail (probabilmente generate da AI) dove dicono che stanno cercando di risolvere, che sono dispiaciuti, ed altre cose ridicole.

After 2 failed delivery attempts Corten plus sent me an empty can. They failed to reimburse the cost even though it states 30 money back guarantee; I had to raise a dispute with Amex for a full refund. Beware Uk purchasers!!!

Enorm slechte klantenservice!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is legit the worst experience I have ever had with a supplier. We ordered almost €600 worth of materials and only €29 worth has arrived. We have over 50 emails on the email thread to the one email address they supply, they do not have a phone number! We are constantly being asked by Corten to explain what our issue is & why we are requesting a refund. They promise to look in to the situation, they "appreciate your understanding and patience" but it is literally an email thread of replies full of cliches! This is going on 3 months and still no material or refund...baffled.
