Ordered 3 weeks ago, was 'shipped' straight away but the tracking number has never worked. Emailed company 4 times this week with no reply Also leaving a negative review on their site does not show Avoid! Edit to say that I did eventually get the product but a few months later shipped from china I think. Despite website saying delivery would be 2-3 days. Never did receive any replies to any of my emails and company flagged my review as being fake. Never used as in the meantime bought from elsewhere Edit: please stop flagging my review as fake or in breach of guidelines for containing personal information (which means if I don't respond in 3 days the review is taken down) I have provided trust pilot with proof on numerous occasions that this is a genuine review with receipts of purchase. Also if you had a stock problem as stated below why has it taken a year to tell me this when I emailed multiple times and why was my order marked as 'shipped' straight away? Also there was no promotion code as mentioned below. I'm going back to my original 1 star review

Toujours pas livré après plus de 2 mois d'attente. Plusieurs demandes de remboursements qui ne mènent à rien ! Société a éviter au maximum sauf si vous aimez appeler les services clients sans obtenir de résultats. Mise à jour du 27/06/2023 : Un message de Cortenplus viens d'être envoyé plus d'un an après la commande (jamais reçue) me demandant de changer leur évaluation sur trustpilot ! Mais qui gère cette société ?

le vernis cortenplus ne tient pas, il suffit de passer le doigt pour qu'il s'enlève

Plate-forme basée en République Tchèque et non en Amérique comme ils veulent le faire croire Commande passée le 17/12/2021 reçue par le transporteur GLS (80) livraison fait par un sous-traitant local ,le colis avait un trou sur le dessus avec bien entendu le produit renversé dans le véhicule du transporteur donc retour à l’envoyeur avec preuve à l’appui et constat du chauffeur, nous sommes le 1 février 2022 et plus de son plus de lumière du transporteur et de cortenplus après recherche sur la plate-forme de GLS mon colis se retrouve bloqué depuis le 14 janvier 2022 chez GLS Tchèque. Nous sommes en 2026 toujours aucune réponse de leur part. Nous sommes le 14 septembre 2026 pas de nouvelles sur l’évolution du litige

Nous avons réalisé une commande de l'ensemble de leur gamme de produit. Quelle erreur ! Premièrement, il n'est mentionné nul part que des frais de douanes sont à attendre. Nous avons payé près de 20% de la commande en frais de douanes. Ensuite, le brunisseur (produit bleu sur le site) est arrivé mais de couleur brune. Nous avons essayé le produit et il a fait rouiller la tôle d'acier et de laiton au lieu de la noircir comme prévu. L'accélérateur de rouille fonctionne oui... mais pour obtenir un résultat satisfaisant c'est pas moins de 10 couches ! Enfin, nous avions commandé un vernis brillant et un vernis mat. Nous avons reçu la même référence à double. À toutes ces erreurs s'ajoute leur service client inexistant. Aucune réponse à nos multiples emails. La suite passera par une action juridique. Sur la base de notre expérience, nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller de PASSER VOTRE CHEMIN. Ce sont des ESCROCS qui vendent des produits à l'efficacité douteuse et surtout sans SAV.

I ordered the following product corten plus rust-accelerator for €29.90 I paid an extra €23.21 for 24 hour next day delivery from DHL I did not receive next day and when I checked with DHL tracking system it shows that they merely generated a shipment label and have not dispatched the parcel I called your customer service and their operative just hung up the phone on me They fraudulently charged me for express delivery and had no intention of next day delivery, they are complete crooks do not touch with a barge pole

Bought 1L of matte sealer for my Corten water bowl. This item went round the world to get to UK: USA>Eastern Europe>France! DHL weren't given the number of my house so they and I had to waste time sorting it out. Delivery score: 0, but 10/10 to DHL for contacting me and sorting it out. I applied the product exactly as instructed. It stated product would go on white, dry clear. It's done the exact opposite and is now flaking off my water bowl. I cannot use the bowl as I don't want to send plastic flakes into the ground and water course. Product score: 0.
