Hi Ms. Foreman, We're so sorry that your item did not meet your expectations. As per our phone conversation, we always put the Desk seal in the original box with a gold wafer seal to close it and place it in a padded envelope to ship out. We also can see on our paperwork on our end that the seal did impress clearly when we originally packed the item. Although, we know issues can possibly occur during shipping and as we had mentioned we would be happy to redo it free of charge if it is not impressing. We do not want to leave you with a product that is not what you hoped for. Again, we're very sorry that this item was not as you expected it, but please feel free to contact us at any point if you need us to redo the seal or if you need anything at all.
