Hi Kent, We're so sorry you had a difficult time navigating the website. We will be creating a more user friendly site next year, but we understand at the present time it can be difficult to navigate. We did pull your order and see that you ordered the blank certificates with no wording on them. If wording is what you would prefer we recommend our standard wording certificates that will have wording on both the front and back of the certificate where as the blank certificates will come completely blank. We will contact you privately to speak more about the item. We're so happy to hear that you did indeed have a timely delivery of the stock certificates. We're sorry the stock certificates were not as you expected, but we would love to speak with you further on how we could direct you to the certificates that better fit what you were looking for. I know you had mentioned the extra cost to deliver to a home office and a suggestion for that is to ship the product to your home office using USPS! The postal service does not charge a residential fee unlike UPS so it can save you that fee when you order, but thank you so much for being a long time customer.
