Overall very favorable especially from Michelle and James. The outcome was not what I hoped but it is behind me, and in a much better situation now then before I found them. Miscommunication or Misunderstanding and I take ownership for some in the negotiation process.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick Kawalski & Mitchell Levine from this Co. First thing that impressed me was the verbal communication they do. Most ppl like to email you to death. They do more verbal communication which is my preference. CCS will definitely lower your debt in a timely manner. They definitely get your debt reduced to payoff. So if your looking to get a new start on life. Definitely give your problems to CCS to get rid off them.

Kimberly was very in touch, assuring me that it would all turn out ok. I was very nervous and skeptical. I have now competed the program they put me in. She was right. It worked out. Both she and Ken were good to work with.

I don't give out 5 stars because I feel there's always room for improvement, with that being said, I would definitely rate my experience a 4.5! Tobi was great to work with every step of the way.

I can't say the results met my expectations and if I had it to do over again I would have worked with the vendor directly. However, I love the weekly communications. I was more impressed with the demeanor of the first weekly contact until it changed later in the process. The negotiator was definitely on my side and fought hard for me. She communicated effectively and responsively. I would highly recommend requesting Tobi as a negotiator in the process.

Normally, I do not give a Max Star rating unless a miracle was performed, but my situation was different. I am a very hard person to get in touch with and don’t return phone calls/emails in a timely manner. Tobi and her team worked diligently on my case! I have to give a shout out to Astrid as well!
