Due to COVID my company was shut down for 12 weeks with loss of about 60K monthly income & backed us up with our term vendors. I worked with tobi@corpservices & she got our debt reduced to 50% and set up payment schedule to clear the debt.. she was dependable, responsive to all help inquiries & kept focus on getting us set up in a manner we could meet OnDeck’s payment demands.We are still not open 100% but getting this debt settled will put us in reach of financial relief and stability. this pandemic has devastated my travel business and resulted in a level of financial hardship that was beyond anything I could negotiate...I went to CCS as a first time experience for me, in a situation that was a potential nightmare. Tobi took on my situation with a positive can do attitude that reflected my personal ethics and has navigated my situation with promise and integrity. Her sensitivity and concerns have made this journey less traumatic for me. she is truly an asset to CCS and although we are still not at the finish line, she remains my key source of direction and support.
