The beginning process overall was rough, due to an negotiator that was incompetents' and no longer with the company. Tobi was a life saver, she picked up my file and worked really hard with getting me a settlement in a timely manner. Not only she worked my file, but she was personal, understanding and showed so much empathy. I value that a lot. Thank you TOBI!!!!

I have had two account reps so this is asking me to rate CCS - everyone has been pleasant and helpful, understating. I did just receive a summons which I was told early in was very very unlikely and wish that someone contact with Itira had been established so they knew we were getting close and possible could have avoided the summons. I hope Tiana nudges the attorney so this get resolved quickly. In general Tiana has been very responsive. Thank you
