CCS has been exceptional in their handling of this claim. Accepting MCAs are a mistake that no person should make. Despite this, and throughout our on-again, off-again relationship over the last year and a half, CCS has been accommodating, consistently followed up over the months, and repeatedly worked with me to obtain a fair and reasonable settlement on my balance.

So far it has been a great experience, Michelle has been very helpful in keeping me updated with the process.

My experience has proven to be a good one. From the beginning, everyone that I talked and dealt with has been professional and thorough. Michelle, my Account Manager, checks in with me weekly, provides updates frequently and when asked and she has shown me the utmost care and concern for my situation.
