I bought a set of boards for my God daughter's wedding. They never arrived. A FEDEX label was created but the order still hasn't shipped. No customer service reply to either email or voice mail. Thoroughly frustrating and disappointing. No Accountability. I finally had to call my credit card company to cancel my order. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I purchased a customized set from Cornhole USA, and unfortunately, the product has been extremely disappointing. I’ve only had it for about a month, and it has already completely fallen apart. The customer service experience has been just as frustrating. My warranty claim was rejected, despite the product failing after such a short period of time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the way my warranty claim was handled. Hopefully, you read this review before making the same mistake I did. I expect the product to last more than two months…

Hey David, we are sorry to hear this but your warranty was voided as you left them outside to get rained on. Our professional style you ordered is not weather proof and the wood will fall apart if they consistency get rained on. We do offer a weather proof version, if you want to reach out we can definitely set something up for you to get the weather proof boards instead. We apologize for not making this more clear, thank you!

Absolutely horrible boards and bags Do not waste your money. And their return policy is you pay the shipping and lose 20% of your return? Horrible company

Paid $800 for 2 sets of cornhole boards. The proofs looked good from a distance but when they arrived, they were pixelated and terrible quality. I followed up with them, they fought to make it right. Then offered me replacement board tops. Then they just completely ghosted us. We have ordered from other cornhole vendors and they were great. THESE GUYS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU SPEND. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.
