Bought an RC drone and it was so cheaply made it broke with basic use on the second day. The company didn't stand by their products at all when I asked them to make it right. There are pages about their warranty in the booklet but it's meaningless, the warranty doesn't cover 'physical damage' but the drone was so poorly made it couldn't handle a 2 foot drop. I wouldn't touch anything they make.

Probably the worst desktop we have owned in 25-plus years. The processing is slow even for basic email and web browsing. I have reached out to tech support through DP Audio Video, and it has been worthless. No help whatsoever. We have decided to eat our losses and purchase another desktop. If you are looking to buy an all-in-one desktop, certainly look somewhere else. I give it a 0 rating. My RAM memory is at 79% free and don't have many applications/programs installed. No reason for it to be slow. The computer is not even one year old.

Purchased their laptop from QVC. No warranty information on the site. Only to find out the warranty is 3 months after having the keys stick and being locked out of the device as the keys stick to only one character. On a three-month-old device, the only manufacture assistance for replacement is a refurbished computer for a new product. Three months you are just breaking in a laptop learning features etc. Keys sticking preventing use is not normal wear and tear on a three-month-old device. If you buy their computer products, make sure you buy extended warranties as "key sticking", seem to be a consistent complaint from other reviews from consumers.

I tried to print ebay shipping labels with the newly purchased thermal label printer. No luck. My son is good with figuring out these things. After a couple of hours he gave up on it as well. I’m so disgusted with this product. Almost $100.00 and can’t use it

worst packaging I've ever encounterd! impossible to remove from box without destroying it. setup is complicated and unit doesn't work as promised! I will return to Best Buy today. There should be a law against selling such junk!!

When I purchased the dvr it worked perfectly the first time. Two weeks later when I tried to use it it wouldn’t even power on. I tried several times and nothing. I have no idea what happened.
