The New York based office of CBS is gr8. I've used them and they are conscientious and competent. Simon of the Florida (sic) SEO office however is incompetent, possibly malfeasant. He identifies himself as a senior SEO specialist. He has a limited portfolio of retail, mechanical/industrial based activity. We are a small English-speaking human service oriented medical office. He didn't fail to provide what he promised - wisely he avoided written confirmation of his proffers -over two months of near non-performance, he generated invoices that didn't specify any real services. He promoted our business to a Spanish speaking community but ignored our target USA/Texas geographic outreach. We actually lost prospective patient contact through his incompetent meddling. The list is longer. Unless you operate a faltering hardware operation, avoid this tinker. A small operation, we lost big in time and money

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're glad to hear the positive feedback about our New York office.
We take your concerns about the Florida SEO team seriously and would like to address a few points from our records. You initially left us a 5-star review after we resolved a malware issue on your website, a project we completed in 2 weeks against a 4-week timeline. Following that, you chose to move forward with our PPC services, which generated 21 calls at a cost per call that was competitive within your area and industry.
That said, we understand SEO and PPC are different services with different expectations, and if the SEO outreach didn't reflect your target geography or service focus, that's a legitimate concern we want to resolve rather than argue about.
We'd love to have you connect with our customer success manager so we can look into the specifics of your account, address the invoicing and targeting issues you've raised, and make this right. Please reach out at your convenience so we can start that conversation.

Stay Far Away – My Experience With CoreCentrix Was a Complete Disaster, They are scammers and liars
I normally don't leave reviews this long, but after everything my company has been through, I feel a responsibility to share exactly what happened so other business owners can make an informed decision before trusting CoreCentrix with their business.
My company, SparkSure Cleaning, hired CoreCentrix to help with our Google Business Profile and digital marketing. We entered this relationship in good faith. We paid them, gave them access to our business accounts, responded to every request, and gave them an entire month to deliver what they promised.
Instead of helping our business grow, our company suffered account disruptions, advertising issues, countless hours of stress, lost productivity, and more than $1,500 in financial losses. What should have been a marketing partnership turned into one of the most frustrating business experiences we've ever had.
The biggest issue involved our Meta advertising account.
From the very beginning, I clearly instructed CoreCentrix that our objective was Messages and Phone Calls.
Instead, they created Lead Form campaigns.
When I informed them that the Lead Forms were not producing the results we wanted, I specifically instructed them to change the campaigns to Messages and Calls.
At no point did anyone explain that this would require creating entirely new campaigns. I reasonably believed they would simply modify the existing campaigns.
Later, after everything went wrong, CoreCentrix sent us an audit report.
After carefully reviewing their own report, I found something that immediately raised serious concerns.
According to CoreCentrix, the campaigns created by their representative Sam Connor consisted only of the Lead Form campaigns and a Call campaign.
However, the Messaging campaigns, which accounted for the overwhelming majority of the advertising spend, were attributed to another Meta user named Flavio Mario, whom CoreCentrix claims was not affiliated with their company.
My question remains unanswered:
If CoreCentrix did not create the Message campaigns that I specifically instructed them to create, then where are the Message campaigns they were supposed to create?
Nobody has answered that question.
Instead, I was simply told that Flavio Mario wasn't affiliated with their company.
That explanation does not explain:
How Flavio Mario gained access during the exact period CoreCentrix was managing our advertising.
Why the campaigns we requested cannot be identified.
Why these events happened while our advertising account was under their management.
Those are basic questions that any business owner deserves answers to.
The Google Business Profile side of the engagement was just as disappointing.
Before hiring CoreCentrix, our Google Business Profile was operating without the major issues we later experienced.
During our engagement, our business experienced disruptions, suspension issues, loss of customer reviews after reinstatement, interruptions to our business growth, and financial harm.
When we asked for answers, we received lengthy reports that, in my opinion, did not truthfully address the issues we raised. Many sections referenced supporting evidence but contained placeholder pages instead of the documentation they referred to. Instead of receiving clear answers supported by complete evidence, we felt like we were being given documents that avoided addressing the questions that mattered most.
After everything happened, we requested a refund.
That request was made on Monday.
Instead of processing our refund, we spent days reviewing reports and responding to explanations that did not resolve our concerns.
Throughout the entire process, we cooperated.
We restored access to our accounts when requested.
We provided documents.
We reviewed every report they sent.
We answered every request they made.
We gave CoreCentrix every opportunity to investigate what happened and make things right.
We gave them a full month to deliver what they promised.
In my opinion, they failed to do so.
What concerns me the most is not just what happened to our accounts, but how everything was handled afterward.
Rather than taking responsibility where appropriate, I felt that responsibility was repeatedly shifted elsewhere while many important questions remained unanswered.
That experience caused me to completely lose confidence in this company.
Based on my experience, I found CoreCentrix to be an untrustworthy company. I no longer believe they were transparent with us, and I felt that many of the explanations we received did not tell the truth about what actually happened from our perspective.
They are liars scammers and even tho their contract says when they cause a liability they should pay they didnt, DO NOT USE!

Dear SparkSure Cleaning Team,
We are genuinely disappointed to read this review, especially because our records and findings present a significantly different picture. We understand how frustrating account disruptions and unauthorized advertising activity can be, and we respect your right to share your experience. However, we would like to clarify several important facts.
Regarding your Google Business Profile, our records show that over the last three months, your business received approximately 46% more calls compared with the period before working with CoreCentrix. Our team remained actively involved, maintained consistent communication, and continued working on your account throughout the engagement. For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the claim that services were not delivered.
Regarding the Meta advertising issue, we conducted an audit to determine exactly what occurred. The disputed messaging campaigns and the majority of the questioned advertising activity were attributed by Meta's account records to a user named Flavio Mario. This individual is not, and has never been, an employee, contractor, representative, or authorized agent of CoreCentrix.
Unfortunately, Meta account compromises and unauthorized users gaining access to business advertising accounts have affected businesses worldwide. Since these incidents, Meta has continued introducing additional security measures to better protect accounts. While we will always assist our clients in investigating and resolving such situations, we cannot reasonably accept responsibility for actions performed by an unauthorized third party whom we did not employ, authorize, or control.
We also want to be clear that we did not ignore your concerns. Our team remained in communication, investigated the account activity, prepared reports, reviewed the available evidence, and continued assisting even after the issues arose.
We are particularly concerned by the characterization of CoreCentrix as “scammers” and “liars.” A disagreement over responsibility for a third-party security incident does not mean services were not provided or that there was an intention to deceive. Our documented work, communication history, and measurable improvement in your Google Business Profile demonstrate otherwise.
We sincerely regret that our partnership concluded this way. Mr. Customer, we valued your business and still do. We remain willing to professionally review any documented evidence and address legitimate outstanding concerns in good faith.
We wish SparkSure Cleaning continued success.

THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS
These guys are complete scammers. They are lying about everything I ask them. They don't know that I am extremely well versed in SEO and I'm asking them questions about their business. They just talk over you and ramble and have no idea what their talking about. They are just trying to scam you. They spam call from private or fake phone numbers to deceive you. There is no accountability here. Just another garbage bin of scammers trying to take advantage of honest business owners. Stay away from these crooks.
Edit: You literally called my business over and over with spam calls that hang up when I answer to see if its a working line and then you called me again and tried to sell me your "SEO" services but you have no idea how SEO works. I was asking basic questions about your business and you couldn't even answer them truthfully. You were lying straight to my face. You guys have the same reviews same experiences from others on your Facebook page. Scammers 100%

Dealt with this company for my Business…
Dealt with this company for my Business Google profile as well as my Facebook business page deal with them for less than a year Nancy Parker was my Account Manager and did a very horrible job. My Google account got suspended then after that my Facebook business profile was hacked and they took me off and I had no access to it. I avoid this company like a plague.
Response from Corecentrix Business SolutionsAug 7, 2026
Dear Joseph,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience with CoreCentrix. We take concerns regarding our services and team members seriously.
However, we would respectfully like to clarify that Google Business Profile suspensions and Facebook account compromises are ultimately actions or security incidents occurring on third-party platforms and are not, by themselves, evidence of wrongdoing by CoreCentrix or your account manager. Our team does not control Google’s suspension decisions or Meta’s platform security systems.
When issues like these arise, our responsibility is to assist our clients with identifying the problem, navigating the appropriate recovery or reinstatement process, and protecting their digital presence to the best of our ability.
We are particularly concerned by your statement regarding losing access to your Facebook Business account. If you believe any action taken specifically by CoreCentrix or Nancy Parker resulted in your access being removed, we encourage you to contact us with the relevant account details so management can investigate the access logs and history thoroughly.
We value every client relationship and never want a customer to walk away feeling this way. We remain available to review your concerns and any supporting evidence directly with you.

Constant spam calls
Since listing our business on Yelp, this company has called us dozens of times a day to market their services. These calls disrupt our operations and tie up phone lines we rely on to serve our own clients. We have repeatedly asked to be placed on their do-not-call list. Each time, the caller claims it is their “first time calling” and assures us we will be removed. That has never happened. This has been ongoing for months.
What is most concerning is the apparent disregard for U.S. privacy and solicitation laws. Under TCPA regulations, businesses are required to have proper consent before initiating marketing calls. This company continues to call despite repeated requests to stop, suggesting either a lack of compliance or a lack of concern. I would not hire a marketing company whose practices could expose my own business to liability or reputational harm.
In short, this company has lost our business entirely. If anyone with authority reviews this feedback, please respect our request and stop calling.

Fake Company, Completely Ignored After a Successful Interview
I recently interviewed with this company and was told that my interview went quite well. They said they would inform me about their final decision, but it’s been over four weeks now and I haven’t received any response, not even a simple update. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional to leave candidates waiting without feedback after they’ve invested their time and effort in the process. Clear communication and respect for candidates’ time should be a basic part of any hiring process.
