There is no option to give zero stars; otherwise, that is what I would give Coreas Tree Services. They provided me with a quote and confirmed next-day service. When I called the following day, I was told they would come the next day instead. After that, they completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. I relied on their commitment, canceled other plans, and stopped contacting other companies because I believed the service was confirmed. Their poor communication wasted my time and delayed urgent work. The many five-star reviews did not reflect the service I personally received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on Coreas Tree Services. Get everything in writing and keep another company as a backup.
