Order process was easy
Order process was easy, but deliver time was quite long. As the bracelet that I purchased was quite expensive, I was slightly surprised that it did not include tax.

However, as we have disclosed in our Shipping Policy under the Order Processing Times, some products can take longer due to our high-quality products are handmade. Moreover, we have also discussed under the International Taxes and Duties that we do not have any control for any duties, customs, and taxes levied by each country. In spite of this, rest assured, we are looking forward to you receiving your second order!

My BAD...Miss Day Dream Bracelet vs Day Dream Leather Bracelet
I thought I was sent the wrong bracelet. I emailed Coravana and actually got two replies. I quickly realized my error. I want to compliment the quick response from Coravana. Emma was really sweet in her note back to me. I really wanted a different bracelet but felt it was too pricey for me, so I got the less expensive one. I love the bracelet I got (I actually got two...different colors) but would have like the more expensive one. That's where the confusion came in. The products are great and they are boxed beautifully …. ready as a gift. xo Gayle

Great site
Great site, lots to offer. Some glitching when it came to shipment portion but otherwise very good experience! Looking forward to receiving my order
