However, it is the weekend and I was acting impatiently. Coravana Customer Service, specifically Emma, got in touch with me and answered all my questions and resolved the issue quite satisfactorily. I am happy with the customer service I received from Coravana and want to retract my previous review, which I wrote instead of giving Coravana enough time to get back to me.
