This is great for checking the authenticity of things like CVs/Resumes. However, it does flag certain things as AI when in fact they are not.
Kenneth B.
I'm finding frequent flagging of phrases that I personally wrote as being AI generated. I suspect the issue is that the nature of certain types of documents will naturally contain more use of unusual phrases than the base population of documents, especially when discussing technology related topics.

Thank you for your feedback, While our AI technology has been proven to be the most accurate product on the market, there are limits to its ability. We are constantly working on improving and evolving our detectors. We always recommend that the Copyleaks similarity report is used only as a data point for further understanding how something was worked on.

App does not provide accurate reports.

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. While our AI technology has been proven to be the most accurate product on the market, there are limits to its ability. This is why we always recommend that the Copyleaks similarity report is used only as a data point for further understanding how something was worked on. We're continuously improving the algorithm to ensure its accuracy in detecting AI content, but it is important to keep in mind that a balance must be maintained so as not to flag too much content. Content could be flagged as AI-generated if you've used a writing tool such as Grammarly or a translation tool like Google Translate. Text scramblers and humanizers will also trigger an AI result as well. Additionally, seeing your name, institution, or a title highlighted does not mean those words were AI-generated. Because analysis works in contextual blocks, header or footer text inside an AI-flagged block could be be highlighted too. Our AI Content Detector is always learning how to better pick up on AI content. Thank you for your input as we will take it into account for future improvements to our system. Have a great day!
