Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too. I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending. There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan. There are features described in the tutorials that are not available in the product anymore. Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why.

I don't recommend this app, it is expensive and not worth it. Better use ChatGPT4 or even 3.5

The worst tool I've ever used. They charged me $50 on my card. I want a refund, or I'll file a dispute with my bank.

Horrible experience… they use the name of one of their biggest competitors as if they are the same company, and after you pay, you get surprised that it’s a totally different company…

No me gusto nada la experiencia, el resultado no es gran cosa y luego de unas pocas pruebas, deja de funcionar. No se como pretenden que use esto de esta forma, si ni siquiera puedo probar todas las opciones. Una decepcion total.

Copy.ai withdraws money from customer bank cards without paying for payment. They withdrew money from my card in 4 months. For these 4 months I did not use the service. All my arguments were discarded and they do not go to the dialogue. There are evidence of my payments.

Impossible d'essayer pour savoir si c'est utile réellement, quelles sont les possibilités réelles, car que 2000 mots par mois gratuits, à 66 mots par jour sur 30 jours, je n'ai pas besoin du tout de ce logiciel pour rédiger un texte, comme mon avis sur trustpilot. A lire les caractéristiques c'est pour les ignares incapables d'écrire quoi que ce soit. On ne sait même pas si cela marche en Français, car ce site ne donne pas la moindre information en français alors que mon browser indique que je suis français avec d'autres sites US ou Irlandais qui me répondent avec des textes en français. Donc trop cher, 432€ par an, car je risque de payer pour presque rien et donc je ne peux même pas essayer. Même la démo est trop compliquée, une fois par semaine, qu'après inscription, qui me fait fuir, car ressemble plus à un piège qu'à un système utile. Pas convaincant avec démonstration claire immédiate, en français, car chaque langue a ses règles complexes qui vont échapper à cette AI, en faisant même rire après avoir payé 432€ par an, comme pour "free Marketing Generator".

They promise unlimmited access to GPT 4, however, they give you GPT 4 for around five minutes before it drops to GPT 3, its a scam, do not fall for it!
