Bracelets look beautiful in ad, easy to order, but didn't like that I was forced to give a $10 donation to Vera, as there was no way to continue to the conclusion of my order without checking the $10 donation box! VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!

It was easy to order on the page. Simple to follow and no hidden extras. I was not beseeched to buy extras. I received a simple email advising the order was processed and another email when it was despatched. It was delivered about 2 weeks later. I am in New Zealand and delivery periods are always this long from overseas. I did not get hammered with multiple emails enticing me to buy more. I purchased when there was a "Going out of business" sale. After 40 years. I don't know if this is true. The "handcrafted " copper items were free as long as you paid the shipping. The original stated prices of each bracelet I believe were imaginary. Minimum of $200 USD . Compared to similar products on other websites this seemed excessive. The exchange currency for USD is very expensive compared to NZD . The product received is "purportedly" handcrafted. I felt they did not feel authentic. I do not believe the 2 bracelets were individually made. The copper does not appear to be hand beaten. Appears to be glazed with a coating. I ordered "one size fits all". Funnily the men's bracelet was smaller than the woman's style. As yet we have not noticed any improvement in hand strength, reduction in swelling, or decrease in aches and pains. However I believe you get what you pay for. The shipping fee easily paid for the actual bracelets. They were delivered in individual paper pouches within a small box. No empty wasted space. These reviews are not "really" unprompted. Following purchase you are sent another email from the company. Are you happy with purchase? Your response "Yes" automatically takes you to Trustpilot to make a review. To me that is essentially prompting.

One pair of earrings were not put together for use. Two pair were way to small for me, maybe for a child, but wasn’t in the description. Large hoop earrings have a problem putting them on due to the bend in the connection. They are beautiful, I might otherwise say.

I don't like that I ended up paying for a 2nd bracelet when I was on a post that was all items free just pay shipping and insurance.

This The copper i ordered was not handmade by you. It was made in China.

I have not received the products that I ordered so I cannot give a good review

i have had my purchase for 1 week. a bracelet and ring set. the ring is losing its copper finish and is dark already.

The ordering process was good but the product is not well made. I received it this morning and it is already missing one of the decorative stones.
