Thank you all for your reviews, I was about paying for a product but decided to check reviews first. Unfortunately I'm afraid.

Promised to give an update after my previous review. NOTHING has changed. No delivery and no response to 3/4 emails sent to company from November 17th. 2024 ZERO STAR REVIEW DO NOT GO ANY WHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. You will lose your money. DON'T SAY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN WARNED !!! We should have paid attention to the VERY MANY reviews that said SCAM company.

The tool broke on first use.

Wish I’d read the bad reviews first. Like many others the item I ordered never arrived despite being sent regular tracking updates - obviously fictitious. They claim it was delivered by Royal Mail. The tracking reference they gave me isn’t recognised and when I queried it, they changed the tracking reference!

Items never arrived with me. Items are apparently showing delivered but no confirmation as to where! I have emailed the company several times who have told me to claim through royal mail myself - how can I, I have no proof of postage! I am the company’s customer and my contract is with them. It is for them to claim through royal mail. I paid for insurance in with the package and whats the point, they won’t use it! Complete scam!

Fake products. Website looks so professional and you think you are getting a bargain. Hugo Boss quarter zip their bestseller apparently. Well it arrived 4 weeks after ordering. Not even a good fake. The stitching all uneven and Boss lettering all different sizes. What’s hilarious is the size label is actually stitched on the outside shoulder. Currently going through a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered 2 jumpers which were promised a 48/72 delivery, when i emailed them to tell them i haven't received them, their reply was "its in the confirmation email saying theres is a delay" should this not of been made aware of before i purchased? Honestly i wished i read these reviews as i wouldn't of touched them with a barge pole SCAMMERS !

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! RA-CRIZZY CO.LTD. Cheaply made garbage. No protective packaging. Flimsy super thin plastic bag for packaging. Item came badly damaged. Still fighting to get a refund. Buyer BEWARE!!! Dont get taken!!
