I’m happy with the shirt but not the time it took to get it. Ordered a t-shirt for Father’s Day at the beginning of June due to covid and based on the specified processing times and shipping times it could arrive up to a few days after. No big deal. But I just finally received the shirt today, August 4th. Customer service was very helpful and offered a partial refund due to the delay. I guess it’s not as bad compared to a different company I ordered from in May and also still haven’t received my items.

Ordered shirt about 2 months before my husband retired, but during this pandemic shutdown. Still hadn't received anything 3 weeks before. Worried, I emailed company and although they made no promises, it shipped the next day. There a people working there and listening. We're all trying to make it through. Thanks for listening. My husband wore the shirt on retirement day!

I was weary after ordering from this company because of the reviews. The email your given that contains the tracking info doesn't update often! I had to manually click the tracking button for updated info. I was worried I'd been scammed until I saw my package HAD shipped, but was prolonged due to covid-19. This is completely understandable. I did receive my item today and despite it being late and not arriving by father's day, my husband loves it and is very happy. Shipping delays do not make a company a scam. Just be aware that it will most likely take longer than anticipated, but the shirt we received is of good quality and exactly what was pictured.

I had a similar experience to other customers, where I ordered a shirt, was told it’d be shipped in 5-15 days, then heard nothing for over a month. I contacted them using the default options on their website, and received only automated responses, so I was starting to get worried I’d never get my order! Finally, I decided that instead of contacting them through the website, I should try replying to one of the previous emails. Lo and behold, it worked! I finally received a response from an actual person, who gave me a partial refund for the shirt, as an apology for the wait. Just now, I got word that my shirt finally shipped today, so I’m happy. Tl;dr - Even though I had to wait a long time (due to the chaos of the pandemic, no doubt) I’ll be receiving the product I ordered, and I even got some of my money back. These are tough times, and companies are struggling, but a little patience goes a long way. So don’t worry, everybody, you’ll get your order eventually.

Product as good as hoped for! Info on shipping/ when it might come a bit tardy, but HEY ! It came and I am happy! Bears rule!

I ordered the best pug dad mug, my husband loves it. The only disappointing thing was it is a small mug and I don't remember seeing any size description on the site. Otherwise we LOVE it!!!!!!
