This is how to fix a problem
It's when something goes wrong that you really find out what a company is like. I received a different model from the one I ordered. Cool Things were lightning fast with their response, they were apologetic and got straight onto a replacement for me. I told them the item was a present I was intending to take with me on a trip in a few days so they didn't demand I sent the other item back first, they just got the replacement out to me, even sending it priority so it reached me in time. This is how you do customer service.

Awesome, I can recommend this site.
Awesome! Bought this "brew your own beer" for my boyfriend as a christmas present, it arrived super quick and with no problems at all! This is definitely not the last time I will buy something from your page.

No Problems
I ordered a travel pillow on a Monday and it arrived on Thursday, within the estimated delivery time. The item was well packaged and as described. Would definitely use again.
