Awesome experience and awesome way to experience the Island

Nice people, everything was great and a great bonus on our trip!

They were quick, efficient and courteous! There was a line at least 10 families deep when we arrived, and easily 20-30 families deep by the time we were checked in. They had it all down to a science. Cool, calm, collected, and got us on our way in no time at all!

Reservations were easy to make. The cart was in good working condition and ready to go. The staff was so friendly and incredibly hard working. It was disappointing to have to wait in so many long lines when all paperwork had already been completed, payment made and waivers signed. That part was hot and a little frustrating, but we could see the staff was working as quickly as possible. We were grateful our rental time did not begin until we drove out of the the parking lot.

every one was so helpful and nice , a great experience all around !

We took our Mother, who has limited mobility, to Key West for a wedding. The golf cart to get all of us around was the best $$ we spent while visiting. Well worth it!

Check in and out process was smooth. Cart worked great.

We really enjoyed the day on our golf cart. Cool Key West did a great job getting us checked in and on our way for a fun day touring Key West. Return was quick and easy. Thanks Cool Key West for a fun visit during our Carnival Cruise.
