There were technical issues with the items I received from your company. I call 4 times over a 3 week period of time leaving messages each time. I never received a return call back. I sent multiple emails as well over 3 weeks including photos & what my concerns were. The response I received back was your company was sorry for the delay but their very busy. They asked me to explain what my issues were which ment no one ever read my previous emails. Very frustrating. After a month I sill waiting for a response. Another

Great training tool. I use it in my Sig P365x. It works great. Great feedback. Enough “kick” to make you have to concentrate on the red dot. Add in the Mantis X and you have a serious training tool with great feedback and shooting evaluation.

It feels nothing like actual live fire, not even close and the laser jumps all over the place.

The process isn't smooth, lead times are long. Customer service doesn't seem to have time for me. I've spent a lot of money and haven't been able to use my product once. I've been waiting over a couple of weeks just for confirmation that they've received my return

Excellent products. One small issue with shipping, but customer service was very quick to acknowledge the issue and remedy it. Great customer service is rare these days.
