What a Joke. Ordered two items and the website said it would ship in 5 to 10 days. At the 10 day mark I had not heard from them so I contacted them and they said I would get it in time for Christmas. It is now the 23rd and still has not shipped yet. Do not count on them honoring their word. Terrible customer service. They ruined what should have been a nice surprise for my wife! just received the last item ordered and it came in on Jan 6th. One positive note is that I ordered the wrong shirt size, contacted them and they sent a new one the correct size no charge. Still does not make up for the ruined xmas gifts for wife though :(

I had a fairly large order of different products (a t-shirt, some posters and some blankets) that I ordered for Christmas. I wasn't one of those people who received their order in a week but I received it all by Christmas and that's what was important to me. The quality of everything was nice and the printing was beautiful, especially on the blankets. I would and have recommended Coolfamilytee to several of my friends and family members.

I ordered a print. It came within the week. It is a beautiful and meaningful product. I will keep Cool Family Tee in mind for future products.

Ease of ordering...delivered within a week of ordering....quality of blanket was good, more of a light weight blanket..details on blanket was good quality... Poster, I ordered also was made on heavy paper, detailing was good.. Would definitely recommend this company again....

Cool family tree is not so cool. Do not order from them. They give no return info or ccnfirmation emails. Still waiting on an order.with no way to track it.
